Dear Tainter family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your husband and father. He, as I recall, from our brief meetings had a great sense of humor. Please accept my prayers and sympathy I wish I were able to attend the wake but health concerns are keeping me away from all services but I will be thinking of you.

Dad, you were taken from us way too soon. I was so looking forward to seeing you and mom retired together in your dream home. Your pride in your home, wife and family was abundantly apparent. My heart is broken but I know how proud you were of me.
You worked incredibly hard to take care of your three kids and loving wife. I’m so proud of you and everything you and mom did for us. You’ve taught me all the valuable lessons like: put air in my tires, baiting my own hook on a fishing rod, financial advice and not to put maple syrup in stir fry. Quality time with you on the boat, fishing and getting to tell you about my life was everything to me. You taught me to be “Tainter Strong” and to follow my dreams. I will get my high rise condo for you, Dad. I hope to find someone who loves me as much as you loved Mom, even if you were a pain in the butt some days.
Don’t you worry about T, Dad. Ryan, Francis and I will work together to take care of mom anyway we can. I know you would have wanted us to celebrate your life as much as possible, so we will. Wherever you are, I hope the beer is cold, you have good company, and great fishing.
Love you forever and always.
Your daughter, Megan

My heart and Megan, Ryan and Francis hearts are broken and you were taken from us much too young. You were my everything for 43 years since we were teenagers. You were a wonderful husband and Dad and created memories that will last forever. You were so proud of our children and we are devastated beyond words, but know that you would want us to celebrate your life to the max. We will continue to have "Peace of Mind" and our "Lives Will be Good", just like the way you lived life to the fullest.
Love you forever and always ~T~
