My thoughts and prayers go out to the Galgay family. I grew up in St. Mary's parish and attended both the grammar school and high school with Chris. We have stayed in touch through the years on Facebook. I remember the family's florist shop next to the old Brigham's on the corner of Mass Avenue and Inman Street. Although I did not know your Mom, although I am sure our paths crossed sometime during my 12 years at St. Mary's Schools and Church, she sounds like a wonderful lady who lived a full life. May your Mom rest in peace.
