Dave was a great guy and a good friend. He taught me a great deal about distribution and more importantly how to be a good and caring manager. He generously and gently shared his wisdom and experience. He was very dedicated to and proud of his family. He was also a very funny guy who could tell marvelously entertaining stories. He was a pleasure to work with and a privilege to know. My condolences to his family. Godspeed Dave.

The Class of 1967 at Burlington High School is saddened by the loss of our classmate, Dave. He was a good friend with an infectious smile to those around him. I had the good fortune of working for, and learning from, Dave. Dave had an unparalleled work ethic. My best memories of Dave were during the busiest season before Christmas; Dave was always so excited about the Christmas gifts he was getting for his kids. Dave certainly was highly focused on work; but, family was always Dave’s top priority. I will have Dave’s Family in my prayers.

I hired Dave at Marshall's in 1978 as our shipping Operations Manager. Dave had a great work ethic and made so many positive changes and was respected by everyone. Dave had a great personality and I enjoyed our relationship. You meet very few people in life that had his charisma. God Bless Dave and his family.

I am so ever grateful for Dave in believing in me and to join his team when he hired me at Marshalls. Dave will always be remembered as a manager that truly cared for those that worked for him. He was a boss I could confide in, and he always supported me. I am thankful for Dave for making difference in my life. Dave and I had a special connection while working together and getting through all the changes during our careers. Dave spoke often of his love for his family and so proud of their accomplishments. The Walsh family is so fortunate to have had his love and have been part of his journey in life. Peaceful blessings Wendy Swansen-Keeler
