Obituary of Jeremy R. Patchin

Jeremy R. Patchin, age 27, died unexpectedly, May 13, 2023. Beloved son of Leanne (Grant) Patchin and her companion, Chuck Avery of Billerica, and the late Richard Patchin. Devoted brother of Dylan Patchin of Billerica. Also survived by Aunt Deb, Aunt Tracy, Aunt Kim, Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Mark, Uncle Charlie, Uncle Bill, Uncle Doug and cousins and friends. Jeremy was working at Wendy’s in Billerica, where he was a lifelong resident. He also enjoyed playing and watching all sports. Visiting hours will be held in the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica Friday, May 19, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends invited.
