Michelle was definitely one of a kind. She was always fun to be around, always making everyone laugh. I will never forget all the crazy ass times that Michelle and I shared together along with our very close friend, Nola Koshlaychuk, another very bright light that was extinguished way too soon. Spending the afternoons at Rick's Chinese Cafe or the Center Cafe or Jade Pacific, we three gals sure loved our Chinese food, LOL!!
She would regularly go to the Fox Hill Cemetery to visit Nola's site and my husband's, and anyone else's that she knew was there.
She was very kind, and I thought she was one of the strongest and most optimistic people I had ever met. Life wasn't always kind to her but, like a cat, Mish always landed on her feet.
I'm gonna miss you, Michelle. I always thought I'd have time to call you because I know how much you liked to keep in touch with the people you loved, and you loved many and loved them hard. Now it will be my turn to visit Fox Hill Cemetery to visit you, Nola and my husband Bill.
I hope they put you in those white jeans that you "borrowed" from Nola but just never seemed to getting around to returning them to her, even though she asked for them back many, many times. Those white jeans were a favorite of both you and Nola.
