Obituary of Ann E. Cotter

Ann E. Cotter, age 91, of Billerica, died, Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Northwood Rehab and Health Care Center in Lowell. She was born in Lowell, November 4, 1931, the daughter of the late Charles F. and Mary V. (Crowley) Cotter. She attended Lowell schools and was a graduate of Lowell High School. She was a resident of Lowell until she moved to Billerica many years ago. She was a communicant of St. Andrew’s Parish in Billerica. She enjoyed crafts and was a great lover of animals, especially her Pekinese dogs. She worked at Kmart until her retirement and later worked part time for Walgreens. She is survived by her dear friend Dawn Wink and her family. Funeral Mass will be held, Thursday, September 21, at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish in St. Andrew’s Church, 45 Talbot Ave., Billerica at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited, visiting prior to funeral mass in the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica at 9:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ann's name to the Animal Rescue League of Boston.  Interment, St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lowell. www.burnsfuneralhomes.com
