Our sincerest condolences to the Palumbo family, such a loss. I met Bill in 1983 when I started dating Jim. He immediately became a part of our family, having been Jim's childhood friend. We spent many hours sharing meals, sharing deck cocktails both in Medford and Westford. He was always on board to help with projects. He was welcomed as "Uncle Willy" to my three boys and included in our family celebrations. He was such a kind soul with a great sense of humor. I was always entertained by stories of the Medford boys antics before I met them! He will be so missed by our entire family. You will be missed Uncle Willy. XXOO Michele Crawford

My condolences to Billy’s family. I know of no one that had a bad word to say about Billy and Billy never had a bad word to say about others. Billy was a good person and a good friend. Great memories of the Sunday afternoon gatherings at his house. We partied and shared stories, lies and laughter about our weekend escapes in Faneuil Hall. A long time ago but good memories last forever. Rest in peace Doc.
