With deepest condolences on the loss of Lenny. Although we have not had any contact over the past few years, we knew each other well in multiple capacities. We both worked for the MWRA. We worked in different departments and really did not know each other well. I am still working there in their I.T. Department. Where we really got to know each other well was on the baseball field. We both belonged to the GLBUA (Greater Lowell Baseball Umpires Assoc.) where we both were not only regular members (ie: umpires) but also serve together on their Executive Board. I will always remember Lenny as a gentle jolly person and a true gentlemen. May you now be with your beloved wife. I knew from the few times I was at your house the love you both had for one another. Yours in Christ and in baseball. - Ray Wagner

Condolences to all of the Tatarouns families!
Lenny was one of the nicest guys I have met. He was a gentleman. He loved his family and friends. I enjoyed talking to Lenny about his engineering days, Marine Corp days, his tools, the dogs and all his old stories and let's not forget his puzzle making. He will be missed but he is now at rest with his wonderful wife. May you RIP!

To the Tatarouns Family. I want to send you all my heartfelt condolences on the loss of Mr. Tatarouns. Years ago I worked in the Billerica Tax Department. Any time he came into the office, he had a huge welcoming smile on his face; something we didn't always see with people paying their taxes. I was always hopeful he would end up at my window because his pleasant demeanor and warm smile made my day. Mr. Tatarouns will remain one of my most favorite customers with a smile that will forever be remembered. I considered it an honor that I had the pleasure of interacting with him during my lifetime. Thoughts and prayers to your family. Leslie Harrower

I can remember one Halloween when my dog Nikki got scared of some trick or treaters at my house, she ran across the street, right into Cathy and Lenny’s house. When I went to get her she was lying in their kitchen nice and comfortable, Cathy and Lenny were laughing and acting like it was no big deal, they were the true example of what it was like to have great neighbors, and Nikki would always love to go and say hi to them, she was so at ease with them both and I was also. They were true friends and the best people you could ever have the pleasure to know. I feel honored to have known them both and will miss them dearly.
