Elta E. (Loadwick) Kelley, age 79, wife of the late John F. Kelley Jr., died Monday, November 7, at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. She was born in Plattsburg, NY, Sept. 13, 1932, a daughter of the late Emmett J. Loadwick and the late Esther E. (Costello) Belado and lived in Cambridge and Somerville before moving to Billerica for 45 years. In 2005 Mrs. Kelley moved to Jensen Beach, FL. She is survived by one son, John Kelley of Nashua; two daughters, Lynda Kelley of Dennis and Marilyn Slattery of Billerica; one brother, Edwin Loadwick of ME; two sisters, Mary Lou Clark of Quincy and Eloise Mastrangello of Cambridge, as well as six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
