Sanchez of Lowell, formerly of Billerica, Saturday, December 17, 2011, Gertrude A. (Vogel) Sanchez, died peacefully at Lowell General Hospital surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence "Larry" Sanchez. Devoted mother of Terri Edkins and her husband Guy of Lynnfield, Kimberly Sanchez of Manchester, NH, Kathy Jarrell and her fiance Scott of Billerica, Larry Sanchez and his wife Andrea of Dracut, and the late Lisa Balistreiri. Sister of Robert E. Vogel of North Easton. Also survived by eight loving grandchildren, Ashley, Tony, Nick, Amanda, Heather, Holly, Kenny, and Olivia, and one great grandchild, Damien. The family would like to thank the staff at Town and Country Nursing Center for their extraordinary care of her for the past two years.
