Obituary of Mildred P. Elliott
Mildred "Betty" (Tuttle) Elliott, age 83, died Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at home in Billerica from Cancer and Alzheimer's Disease. She was the beloved wife of Harold K. Elliott, Jr. She was born in Boston, July 9, 1925, the daughter of the late Albert E. and Mildred G. (Kirkegaard) Tuttle. She was a resident of Billerica her entire life. She attended Radcliffe College and was graduated with honors from the Vesper George School of Art. She was a member of the Chelmsford Arts Society and was known for her portraits, landscapes, posters, and fashion art. She was also an astrologer who calculated her charts on pen and paper, the old fashioned way. Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter Elsa A. Elliott and son-in-law, Michael F. Booth of Billerica; her two sisters, Elsa T. Damon of Sequim, WA and Mary Klein of Albuquerque, NM; her Siblings-in-law George and Susan Elliott of Portsmouth, NH and Helen (Elliott) Price of Aurora, CO, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Albert H. Tuttle.
