My condolences to the Slack family. Death is something that we, as humans, will never get used to dealing with. When a loved one dies, it brings a sadness that is incomparable to any other emotion. When these grievous times are upon us, we seek comfort. One thing that I, personally, am comforted by is in the Bible. Revelation 21:4 says "and he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither mourning, nor outcry, nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away." Again I am so sorry for your loss.
