Service Information

Funeral from the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd. (Rt. 3A), Billerica, Wednesday, July 16, at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Theresa's Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 10:30 a.m.

Interment Information

Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.

Visitation

Visiting hours, Tuesday, 4-8 p.m. In the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd. (Rt. 3A), Billerica.

Memorial Donations

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ugo A.L. Passarelli Trust for the benefit of their four children, Jessica, Nicholas, Jonathan, and Benjamin, c/o Carol Passarelli, Trustee, 15 Margaret Lane, Billerica, MA 01821.

I worked with Ugo at Heilind. He was such a kind man. When my son needed his tonsils out, he reached out to me and told me that his son had the same surgery and that everything would be OK. He also answered any questions I had. Until then I has barely known him. I will never forget that and what a kind man he was. He will be missed forever.
