Thomas E. Schreib, Sr., age 62, died Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Lahey Clinic Hospital in Burlington after a lengthy illness. He was the beloved husband of Donna M. (McCarthy) Schreib. He was born in Somerville, September 20, 1952, the son of Dorothy (Finigan) Schreib of Derry, NH and the late George E. Schreib. Tom worked for 39 years with RFX Global Companies, Refrigerated Food Express, Inc. in Avon as an owner/operator/independent contractor truck driver. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by his two sons, Armand Girouard of Ayer and Thomas Schreib, Jr. of Billerica; his three sisters and brothers-in-law; Deborah and Anthony Hubert of Londonderry, NH, Cynthia Aucoin of Derry, NH, and Dorothy and James Freeman, of Billerica; his brother, David Schreib of Billerica; his three loving grandchildren, Armand F. Girouard, Jr., Cody Girouard, and Amanda Girouard, and his great granddaughter, Mia Girouard. He also leaves his brother in-laws, Fran McCarthy and his wife, Sheri, of Billerica and Michael McCarthy and his wife, Gina, of Haverhill, his good friend, Al Gould of Antrim, NH, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was also the brother of the late George Schreib.
