Paul M. Ceglanski, age 79, died Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Lowell General Hospital, Saints Campus. He was born in Lowell, July 16, 1936, the son of the late Michael and Agnes (Kotarba) Ceglanski. Paul served in the United States Coast Guard during the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement, he was employed for 40 years as an engineer for Raytheon, working out of Lowell, Waltham, Bedford and Andover. Paul was avid fisherman who enjoyed fishing in ever pond and lake in the area. A lifelong resident of Billerica, he was a member of the Billerica Lodge of Elks # 2071. He is survived by his children, Blain, Kim, Lisa and Shawn; his longtime friend, Eileen Campbell of Lowell; his sister, Delores Krupowicz of Byfield, MA; and his niece and nephew, Donna Rosenbaum of Newburyport and Jan Krupowicz of Byfield.
