Leo W. Shea, age 86, died Saturday, October 17, 2015 at his home in Billerica after a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Eleanor E. (Lander) Shea. Born July 8, 1929, he was the son of the late Henry and Mary (Hughes) Shea. Leo, a long time resident of Billerica, was a self employed painter and very active in the town. He was a member of the Billerica Knights of Columbus, Billerica Elks Lodge, # 2071, Billerica Lions Club and the Senior Center. He was also a communicant at St. Theresa's Parish in Billerica. Besides his wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Linda Shea Walp and her husband, David, of Seattle, WA and Anna Shea Pate and her husband, Tim, of Sandia, Texas, his son, Leo W. Shea, Jr. and his wife, Pauline, of Weare, NH, and his 4 loving grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
