McLaughlin of Cambridge, April 9, 2016, James Francis McLaughlin, age 83. Beloved brother of Barbara Sullivan of Malden and the late William McLaughlin, John McLaughlin and Loretta Lennon. He also leaves behind brother-in-law James Lennon of Brookline and family friend, Lorraine Lydon of Medford. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. James enjoyed his Cambridge neighbors and also his friends at the Breakfast Club in Allston. He was a Boston College graduate, Class of 1955, a Navy Veteran and a retired Medfield teacher. In his retirement, James enjoyed working at Star Market, Sidney St., Cambridge. Funeral from the John C. Burns & Sons Funeral Home, 305 Broadway, Cambridge, Wednesday, April 13, at 9:00 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary’s Church, Cambridge at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends invited.
