Funeral from the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica, Friday, January 19, at 11:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Andrew’s Church, North Billerica at 12:05 PM.

I had the pleasure of knowing John since the late 1970s through several bands. John was always a gentleman is every sense of the word, and would always lend an ear if you needed someone to listen. His sense of humor was incredible and laughing with him provided great memories that I'll always cherish.
My thoughts and prays are with John and his family Dianne, Ashley, Jonathan and his parents the late Frank and my Nana Caroline Ferrara. John was my Uncle however he was more of a very cool older brother we are only 10 years apart in age. I always looked up to John and he would give me copies or records he cut/worked on. He always had the coolest car and the beautiful girl friend not to exclude Dianne who he fell in love with. God bless you all. Love Mark
