Service Information

Funeral services will be held in the Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A), Billerica, Saturday, January 27, at 9:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited.

Interment Information

Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.

Visitation

Friday, January 26, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. Burns Funeral Home, 354 Boston Rd., (Rt. 3A),Billerica.

Memorial Donations

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Margaret’s name to Billerica Girl Scouts, C/O Deb Fox , 7 Brentham Rd., N. Billerica, MA, 01862, Girl Scouts of Eastern MA, www.gsema.org or to the Breast Cancer Society, www.cancer.org.

So sorry to here of Mitzy passing, just know she is in a better place and not suffering anymore. She was such a sweet lady. Years ago she let us use her Cottage for our honeymoon and we will never forget.

Sending our thoughts and prayers to the entire Young family. Both of our kids were students of Ms. Debbie and Nana at the Faulkner School, and Nana was amazing with the kids. I think the last time I saw your mom was at one of the luncheons at TTL with a couple of her sons a few years back. So sorry for your loss.

A mother to all of us, a proud hand on our shoulders, a guiding hand when needed, a shoulder to cry on, someone to give us a little push when needed, the list could continue. I was one of her first "extra children" and have carried her in my heart forever. Mitzie was truly a wonderful person and lived her life to the fullest. Her struggle is finally over and I send my love and sympathy to everyone in the family. She will be missed, but her memory will stay alive and warm in each of you. Mitz has been a second mother to me over the past 55 years plus,as she has been to many.Her loving generous nature, the ways she listened without judgement along with her open heart,open door policy made it easy to communicate and Trust her.She was truly a special person who will will certainly be missed by many.
