Walter J. Albano, age 64, died Monday, January 25, 2010 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. He was the beloved husband of Catherine (Lee) Albano. Born in Somerville, September 27, 1945, he was the son of the late Walter and Julia (Ripamonte) Albano. He owned and operated the Albano Flower Shop in East Boston until 1994. He later worked at John Hancock. Mr. Albano grew up in Medford and lived in Billerica for 30 years. He recently moved to Dracut to be close to his daughters. Besides his wife, he is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law; Jeanette and Mike Snowdon and Kimberly and Tim Murphy, both of Dracut; his sister, Angela Albano of Medford, and his four loving grandchildren, Michael, McKenzie, Andrew, and Connor. He was also the brother of the late Helen Lupone.
