Kathy was my sister Cindy's best friend. Being the 'baby sister', I got to tag along with them once in a while. Kathy's laugh was infectious, and she was always laughing! Her mom, Shirley, was one of my favorite ladies, and she and Kathy shared the same 'voice'- I can hear them now laughing from heaven, with Skip and their Dad, and watching over everyone. My deepest sympathies to Billy(sorry- I will always remember you that way), to Jeff, and to Bessie. RIP, Kathy- and kudos to a life WELL-LIVED. <3

Rest in paradise, Kathy. Bill, what a great and touching post to your wife and best friend. Kathy was lucky to have your undying love, adoration and affection for 50 years. What more could a girl want? You will be in our thoughts in the days ahead. Xo Kathleen & Rob

We met Kathy and Bill at a car show in Westford back about 13 years ago. It was one of the first car shows we went too and they greeted us like they knew us their whole lives. We have been wonderful friends ever since. Kathy's smile and personality was infectious. She was loved by all the antique car people and anyone she ever met.
I will miss Kathy like a sister. Rest in peace sweet Kathy.

Kathy will be greatly missed more than she will ever know. Her laugh was contagious and her sense of humor was just my style. I had cut Kathy’s hair for nearly 8+ years and we have shared so many stories, laughs and tears. She will alway be one of my favorite people. ❤️

Kathy and I met in high school, she was a tall good looking girl! We both had other people we were attracted to at the time so we weren’t really interested in each other. “I didn’t know what I was missing at the time.” After school she went off to college and I went in the navy for 4 years. In 1966 I came home for Bess and Skip’s wedding. Unknown to me I was asked to be best man and got to dance and spend time with their fabulous looking maid of honor! Kathy was engaged to another guy at the time. I asked her to write to me when I went back to the navy. She was hesitant but said she would. That was the beginning of a life long friendship! The lightning of a flame that still burns even today. She didn’t intend to but she stole my heart that day at Bess’s wedding! She has been more than my wife we have been best of friends ever since. I won’t bore you with all the details of how we ended up getting together but I will tell you that it’s been the best time a man could ever hope for! We have done a lot things together.
Raised a son to be proud of, gained a wonderful daughter in our Caroline, made great friends! Kath was a great wife, mother and supporting partner there could ever be! I miss her smile and wit even now! There is a sign in our home that says “live love and laugh” I know that she would want you all to remember the fun we all have had together. Having been married for 50 years this coming December 5 has been fabulous, I wouldn’t change a thing! Please remember her and smile for all the good times we all have had together, that’s how she would want it!
