Peggy Jordan was a friend to missionaries. In fact, she supported me as a missionary starting in August 1989. Often she would send notes with her support check. Always uplifting and encouraging. She prayed for me as her missionary and would check to see if her prayers were being answered. She was always an outstanding example of a dedicated Christian. My life has been enriched knowing this dear lady. Eric Murphy

Peggy will always hold a dear place in my heart…growing up in the neighborhood with Peggy, her husband Dave, and three children, the Jordan’s were known to exemplify a godly Christian family in their everyday life. I had the privilege of babysitting the three oldest children regularly while Peggy and and husband attended Pray Meeting at their church..I recall there were times when the Jordan’s would house missionaries in their home while on furlough. Ironically, Peggy would become my oldest child’s Prayer Partner as assigned to her from attending the Pioneer Girls club at our church. Not only was Peggy a prayer warrior for my daughter but enjoyed taking her out to Friendly’s for ice cream, now and then. Peggy had such a servant heart, I was also privileged to be one of the many recipients of her ‘encouragement cards’, and home-made baked breads. Peggy was so loved by many who knew her and will be missed dearly. I thank the Lord for allowing me to have Peggy Jordan in my life…her dear friend, Colleen
