I would like to say cheers to my Mom. To a new journey. To the strongest, loving and funniest of the family. I loved it when we would have a glass of Champaign. We would look at each other and start laughing with our hot rose cheeks. Dad would be like, what is going on between you two. That would make us laugh louder. Mom is in no more pain. She is with her son and family who have passed before her. My mom was visited by these family members over the course of a few days. I saw her hug each one. Heard her speak to a few. My brother was still being yelled at when he visited. At the hospital, she said: Micheal don’t touch that, it is hot. Oh his name was said a few more times. She was able to get things off her chest as well. Things that should have been and should not have been. She did not forget me. These things that transpired over the few days will be with me until I see her again. Love you Mom with all my bring.
