Karen and I tried out to be coaches at Loon ski school 20 years ago. We were going to share a locker. But Karen found out that she would have to teach skiing weekends and that interfered with her time with family. So she never taught with us. We remained friends. So sorry to hear of her passing. She will be missed. Condolences to the Tricket family.

She was such a lovely woman, so kind and thoughtful. Although she found out she was our aunt later in her life, she embraced us all with open hands and heart. I didn't know her for long, but it was long enough to know that it was my loss. My deepest condolences to you all. May she rest in eternal peace with her beloved husband. Patti D.

I have had the honor to meet Karen as my wonderful neighbor. She was a fun loving non stop resident at our Gilbert Crossing apartments in Merrimack, NH. I will cherish our shared dinners, teas and activities. She was an example of strength and generosity. Missing seeing the little light in the third floor window across the way. Blessed to have called her my friend.

Karen was a valued friend to many of us in Merrimack, NH. She had the most beautiful smile and brightened everyone's day. I was shocked this morning to hear of her passing . We were hoping to play Mah Jong next week. She was my treasured friend. Karen was a member of the Merrimack, NH Senior Citizen Club. I speak for all of them when I extend our deepest sympathy to the girls and the family Karen was a gem.

Knowing what a very special person your Mom was is a great blessing and one that you’ll hold onto tightly. I’ve known your Mom nearly fifty years back to the DMS days where even you girls got involved with the fun there. I was so glad when she and your sweet Dad moved closer to me a few years ago but time got away from us as it does. So glad I got to see her these past few months and share special times once again. Her family - especially “my Mary and Andrea” - was her treasure. May our good Lord comfort you as He surely is your Mom right now. God bless you. Love, Carole Flynn

Karen was my "cuz" by marriage but almost a sister in life. She babysat for me as a teenager and after she and Joe got married we shared many good times together. Later in life, I enjoyed her visits here in Florida. I will miss her and the twinkle in her eye. My condolences to Mary, Andrea and their families.
