I am going to miss you father. When I entered the church 3 years ago through the RCIA you were one of the people who helped to reignite the pilot light of my soul. You heard my first confession and helped me to become whole again. I will do my best to honor you by being the kind, gentle and calm person you were to the best of my ability. Rest in Peace

Father Jack, when we first moved to Billerica, you came up to us after mass and welcomed us to St. Theresa's. Over the years you encouraged us to become Eucharist Ministers. When my husband was ill and in intensive care for 6 weeks, you visited him and offered him the sacrament of the sick. You would also pray with me which gave me strength to keep going. Over the years my husband would be in the hospital and you would still take the time to visit with him and bring him communion. I will especially miss your smiling face after mass and the time you would spend with us and the encouraging words that you offered. I know that we have a special person up in heaven watching over us. We will truly you and you will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Ft. Jack - what can be said that hasn't already been said. My daughter was laying very ill in Lahey hospital when she heard a soft knock on the door and to her surprise Father McCormick came in. She was a bit nervous thinking what does he know that I don't know - is he here to give me my last rights. Needless to say he went everywhere visiting everyone even if not asked. He has performed great service for our parish and I will miss him greatly. RIP Ft. McCormick you are dearly loved.

Dear father Jack, you have no idea how big a role you played in my childhood. I always loved the way you would relate stories to your own life. My brother Tige and I would always be excited to see you standing at the front of the church on Sunday mornings. You still be missed. <3

Father Jack was such a kind, loving, and holy man. We were blessed to have him as our priest at St. Theresa's. His sermon on Easter Sunday was about how wonderful it would be to meet his Lord and Savoir. I am sure that heaven is rejoicing upon his arrival! We will certainly miss him and his infectious smile

Father Jack counseled and helped many sick and suffering drunks. He was knowledgeable of the disease and more importantly of recovery and what role God played in getting better. Rest in Peace Fr. Jack. Peace, Billy D.
